Lady Caroline Matilda Carey 

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard and Lady Caroline Matilda Carey were sisters through their mother, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard nee Lowell, but they both had different fathers. 

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard was the firstborn child and daughter of Lord Andrew Charles Howard and Lady Karissa and she was born on May 1, 2275 and she was the first male line grandchild of Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior.

Lady Caroline Matilda Carey was the firstborn child and daughter of Lord Richard William Carey but Lady Caroline Matilda was Lady Karissa ‘s third daughter and fourth child.

Lady Caroline Matilda Carey was born on her father’s 32nd birthday on June 17, 2282.

Lady Caroline Matilda had two older sisters, Lady Elizabeth and Lady Samhain and an older brother, Lord Anthony who was only 1 ½ years older than she was. He would turn 2 years old a few days later on June 21.

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard was fair, had blonde hair, and blue eyes whereas her youngest sister, Lady Caroline Matilda had dark golden brown hair, blue eyes and golden complexion.

Lady Caroline Matilda took after her paternal great-great-grandmother, Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard and Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard took after her paternal great-grandmother, Lady Alexandra Elizabeth Churchill.

The two ladies were sisters in law, and together they raised their sons together as they were both born in 2209, and they were first cousins.

Lord George Frederick Carey and Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR shared the same grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard.

Lady Elizabeth and Lady Caroline Matilda were also third cousins as they shared the same great-great-grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard.

Lady Elizabeth along with all of her sisters and brothers regardless of who their father or mother was were raised at Beltane Manor. Under the supervision of Lady Karissa, however, there was an exception to the rule when Lady Theresa gave birth to Lord Andrew Charles and her only child, Lady Anastasia Christina in 2285.

Lady Theresa was given the right to raise Lady Anastasia Christina by herself either at Beltane Manor or in her own home in Bedford Territory, but Lady Anastasia Christina was not alienated from her sisters and brothers.

Lady Karissa named her family “ Your” “ mine” and ours.”  and she loved all of the children. 

Lady Karissa raised Lady Elizabeth and Caroline Matilda to become Duchesses of their father’s territories and usher the dawn of a new age on Star Base 12 and later it would spread through her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Lord Andrew Charles would change the laws of succession in 2275 whereas regardless of the child’s sex the firstborn child would inherit the title and property from her or his father and a son later on couldn’t replace his older sister.

On the day that Lady Caroline Matilda was born it was Lady Elizabeth that led the march and all the other little girls started to dance around and Lady Karissa , Lady Suzanne, Lady Victoria and Lady Paulina watched all their daughters dance around the room.

All the mothers nod at Lady Karissa and they smile ‘“ Look at our daughters march around and tell their father’s that the future is theirs.”

Lord Andrew Charles with Lord Patrick William, Lord Charles Andrew III and Lord Richard Edward II watch as the little girls dance and sing and Lady Elizabeth screams “ We are the future and nothing is going to stop us.” 

“Oh! Good grief what did our grandfather start when he wrote his Last Will and Testament.” Lord Andrew Charles asks his father.

“I don’t know I wasn’t there.”Lord Charles Andrew JR states.

“I don’t understand what my father was thinking.” Lord Charles Andrew JR tells his son.

Lady Karissa holds Lady Caroline Matilda in her arms and she is also Lord Andrew Charles Howard third cousin once removed.

Lady Elizabeth asks to hold her new sister but Lord Richard William looks at Lady Karissa and she nods and he places her in her arms and she carries over her baby sister to her father “ Look at my new sister and my newest warrior.” Lady Elizabeth states “Isn’t she grand.”

Lord Andrew Charles tells his eldest daughter, “ Why of course. She is a Howard, Lady Elizabeth through her great-great-grandmother, Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard who was your great-grandfather’s sister.” 

Lord Richard William tells Lady Elizabeth “ She got her beauty from her mother, Lady Karissa and so did Lady Samhain, and you.” 

“Lord Anthony inherited his good looks from our great-great-grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard.” Lord Richard William tells his third cousin.

Third cousins share the same great-great-father and mother by the way.

Second cousins share the same great-grandfather and grandmother and first cousins share the same grandfather and grandmother..

“What is her title?” Lady Elizabeth asks her father.

“Lady Caroline Matilda is the future Duchess of Bedford Territory. She is your third cousin’s daughter and she is your third cousin once removed.” Lord Andrew Charles tells her “ She is also your sister. “ 

Lady Elizabeth kisses her and she tells her mother “ I am giving her my best baby doll as a present and Lady Carolina Matilda names the baby Sultana Kosem after Ahmed I of Turkey wife,  who had his 12 children and three sons became Sultans of Turkey and the Ottoman Empire.

Lord Anthony gave his baby sister a babydoll as well and she named her baby after her brother, Lady Antonia Christine.” 

Lady Caroline Matilda keeps both baby dolls with her all the time and Lady Karissa smiles and so does Lord Andrew Charles and Lord Richard William.

Lord Charles Andrew JR smiles, “ My aunt should be very happy with such a fine great-great-grandchild.’  Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR tells Lord Richard William Carey.

Lady Samhain walks over to her mother and she looks at her new baby and she gives her a locket with a chain and puts it around her neck inside of the locket is a picture of their mother and her father, Lord Richard William Carey.

“I want my sister to have this locket mama. This way my third cousin and you will always be with her.” Lady Samhain tells her mother and third cousin.

Lord Richard William tells Lady Karissa “Lord Andrew Charles and you have at least one loving daughter.” 

Lady Karissa looks at Lord Richard William “ You think so, Lord Richard William. She just doesn’t show her claws and fangs like Lady Elizabeth does.” 

Lady Elizabeth walks over and she shows her fangs and claws and Lady Karissa tells her “ What have I told you about showing your claws and fangs, Lady Elizabeth?”

“Mama. I am proud of my claws and fangs.” Lady Elizabeth tells her.

“Put them away, Lady Elizabeth.” Lady Karissa tells her and Lady Elizabeth doesn’t listen.

“When I become Duchess. I am going to use my claws and fangs on any woman that looks at my husband.’ Lady Elizabeth tells her mother.

“You are only eight year old, Lady Elizabeth. “ Lady Karissa states.

“Momma. I am going to marry my second cousin, Lord Richard Edward Howard III and make you a grandmother.” Lady Elizabeth tells her mother.

“I am sure you will in your own time. You are a damn Howard.” Lady Karissa tells her eldest daughter.

Lord Andrew Charles tells Lady Karissa “ Lady Elizabeth knows her duty towards the family to keep it alive.” 

“I am going to make my grandfather a great-grandfather.” Lady Elizabeth tells her father.

“I am sure you will make your grandfather very proud.” Lord Andrew Charles tells his oldest child and daughter.

The two sisters are different from day and night, whereas Lady Elizabeth has golden blonde hair, blue eyes and fair complexion her youngest sister, Lady Caroline Matilda is born with dark golden brown hair, blue eyes and golden complexion and resembles her paternal great-great-grandmother, Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard.

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard resembles her paternal great-grandmother, Lady Alexandra Elizabeth Churchill.

One thing that Lord Frederick William taught his daughter was how to use the sword and bow and arrow and she was an expert swordswomen and archer too.

When she beat her brothers they would run back to their father and complain and Lord Frederick William would tell his  sons  ‘Stop your damn bawling.” 

“Father. Lady Sophia Charlotte beats all in archery.” Lord Frederick William II would complain.

Lady Jeanette Virginia would sit back and laugh out loud that her only daughter could beat her three brothers in every sport.

Lord Charles Andrew Senior always said that his sister was a chip off the old Howard block.

Lord Richard William Carey was her great-grandson and Lady Caroline Matilda was her great-great-granddaughter and she resembled Lord Charles Andrew Junior only aunt..

Lady Sophia Charlotte made a true love match with the handsome, charming and well educated Lord William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory.

Lady Jeanette Virginia made sure that her husband didn’t stand in the way of her only daughter’s happiness and by her side stood her three sons, Lord Frederick William II, Lord Charles Andrew Howard  and Lord Andrew Charles along with Lord Frederick William sister, Lady Elizabeth Ann and younger brother, Lord Edwin William

It was Lord Charles Andrew who threatened his father “ I will cut you into collops if you stand in the way of my sister’s marriage.” and he draws his sword in his hand and he is joined by Lord Frederick William II along with his younger brother, Lord Edwin William.

Lord Frederick William gives in and he walks Lady Sophia Charlotte up the aisle in June of 2206 and she is married to the man that she loves and they are blessed with two children, Lord George Frederick Carey and Lady Georgina Charlotte Carey.

Lord George is three months older than his first cousin, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR and Lady Georgina is 6 months younger than Lord Richard Edward Howard, but they all grow up together. 

Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard outlives her husband, Lord Willliam and her son, Lord George becomes Duke of Bedford Territory in 2230 and she lives to see her grandson, Lord Robert Frederick born, his sister, Lady Henrietta Ann Carey born and she is alive to see her her grandson, Lord Robert marry Lady Lettice Knollys and her great-grandson, Lord Richard William Carey born in 2250, and her great-granddaughter, Lady Richenda Wihemina born in 2260, and she dies in 2265.

Lady Sophia Charlotte lives the longest of Lord Frederick William children and she dies at the age of 90 years old and her son, Lord George lays her next to her father, mother, and brothers song with his father out in the Howard Mausoleum at Norfolk Estates.

Lady Elizabeth is proud of Lady Samhain and Lady Caroline Matilda along with her little brother, Lord Anthony and she loves her cousins, Lady Charlotte Victoria Maude and she loves the most of course her mother but Lady Karissa tells her “ Don’t place me on a pedestal. I am just like everyone else.” 

Lord Richard William  seconds the motion as he states, “Lady Karissa is tops with me, Lady Elizabeth.”

Lady Karissa reminds Lord Richard William Carey and Lord Andrew Charles of an old Billy Joel Song “Only The Good Die Young.”  and she sings only a couple of lyrics from the song “

“You might have heard I run with a dangerous crowd

We ain't too pretty we ain't too proud

We might be laughing a bit too loud

Aw but that never hurt no one

They say there's a heaven for those who will wait

Some say it's better but I say it ain't

I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints

The sinners are much more fun. “

Lord Andrew Charles asks her “ Where is the rest of the song?”?

“You don’t want to hear it. You see Billy Joel was Jewish and he married a Roman Catholic and the song is making fun of the Roman Catholic church.” Lady Karissa explains.

“I guess he thought the Catholic girls learned about life too late and were over protected by their fathers and mothers..” Lady Karissa explains.

Lord Andrew Charles starts to laugh “ Oh come now. They can’t all be virgins?”

“Who knows Andrew Charles. “ Lady Karissa states.

Lord Richard William Carey starts to laugh “ They sound boring..” Lord Richard William tells her.

Lord Charles Andrew JR tells them  “What those good Catholic girls need is a good orgasm?”

Lady Karissa bursts out laughing holding Lady Caroline Matilda in her arms and she calls Barbara to her “ Please put Lady Elizabeth, Lady Samhain, and Lord Anthony to bed.”

“Lady Caroline Matilda will stay with me. Everyone may leave the room but Lord Andrew Charles and Lord Richard William Carey.” Lady  Karissa tells everyone.

All the men bow to Lady Karissa and they exit the room.

“Listen here. Don’t wake up Lady Caroline Matilda.” Lady Karissa asks.

“Oh come now, Lady Karissa . She is my daughter.” Lord Richard William tells her.

“Are you going to have our next child?” Lady Karissa asks.

“I would if I could, but I can’t.” Lord Richard William tells her.

Lady Karissa looks at Lord Richard William Carey and she tells him “Your turn doesn’t come due until 2288.” 

“You have to stand in line as Lord Andrew Charles expects a second son and he better pray that he gets one.” Lady Karissa tells Lord Richard William.

“I am a patient man and I am happy with our daughter.” Lord Richard William tells her.

“Thank you for our daughter, Lady Karissa.” Lord Richard William tells her.

“You are most welcome, Lord Richard William.” Lady Karissa tells him.

“Why haven’t you thanked Lady Karissa for your children she has given you, Lord Andrew Charles?” Lord Richard William asks.

“She knows that I am thankful for our three children.” Lord Andrew Charles  tells Lord Richard William.

“I would give her the moon if she wanted it.”  Lord Andrew Charles tells his cousin.

Nothing more is said between Lady Karissa,Lord Andrew Charles, and Lord Richard William as they celebrate the birth of Lady Caroline Matilda.

Both daughters are a credit to their father’s and both marry well and have grandchildren for Lady Karissa , Lord Andrew Charles, Lord Richard William Carey and Kevin Thomas Riley and Lady Isabella Collins.

In fact Lady Caroline Matilda's great-grandson, Lord Kevin Thomas Riley V marries Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane’s great-granddaughter, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Howard.

Lady Karissa Elizabeth Howard is also the great-granddaughter of Lord Anthony Christopher Howard through his second son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard II and it is his son, Lord Andrew Charles III who marries Lady Karissa Ann Howard’s daughter, Lady Victoria Elizabeth.

They are both the great-great-grandchildren of Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard-Carey nee Lowell by a different husband.

They are third cousins and share the same great-great grandmother, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard-Carey nee Lowell.

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard become Duchess of Norfolk Territory in 2299 at the age of 24 years old and Lady Caroline Matilda Carey becomes Duchess of Bedford Territory at the age of 49 years old and her daughter, Lady Isabella Karissa Carey is born in 2305 and son, Lord Kevin Thomas Riley II is born in 2310 and he is the grandfather of Lord Kevin Thomas Riley V.

Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard governs Norfolk Territory from  June 1, 2299 until June 21, 2330 and Lady Caroline Matilda Carey governs Bedford Territory from 2331 until 2380.

It passed onto their daughters, Lady Karissa Ann Howard in 2330 until 2351 and The Dukedom of Norfolk Territory was governed by Lady Victoria Elizabeth Howard from 2351-2400 and Lady Isabella Karissa

Carey governed The Bedford Territory until 2380 until 2400.

Lord Andrew Howard Howard V governs Norfolk Territory from 2400 until 2420 and Lady Sophia Charlotte Carey governs the Dukedom of Bedford Territory from 2400 until 2440.

They carry the Howard’s into the 24th century and with what Lord Patrick William Howard started over 241 years ago.
